If your print is damaged during shipping please send a photo and the item will be replaced. You can email kmsartwork@kallenmikel.com.
Please double check your address at checkout. If the artwork is sent to the wrong address you will need to have it sent back to me and you will need to cover shipping to have it sent out again.
I am not responsible for customs charges. Please be aware of any additional charges your country may require when buying items from the U.S. These charges are separate from shipping and not included.
You should receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email for any order other than just stickers. If the email does not have a tracking number, please email me and I will send it to you.
Once the package is shipped, I have no control over it. Please be patient and refer back to your tracking number. Please be aware that some orders are taking longer than expected. Especially when being shipped overseas. Please be aware that in some circumstances, you will need to pick up your order from your local postal office. If you do not pick it up in time before it is sent back to me, you will have to pay for shipping for it to be sent again. If I have sent you your artwork multiple times and you have failed to pick it up and/or provided the wrong address, I will not send it again and you will not get a refund. You are responsible for keeping track of your package once it is sent out to you.
